1. Install rollers in track – Recessed track installation example
1.1 Install rollers in track.
CAUTION
ENSURE TRACK IS CLEAN OF SOLID DEBRIS AND GREASE.
NOTICE
Remove revision piece (Para. 8.1) before starting roller installation.
1. Reference approval drawing for arrangement of “T” and “K” rollers. Roller arrangement will
depend upon panel travel direction and stacking arrangement.
2. Slide rollers up through open section of track and temporarily into stacking area
NOTICE
Ensure there are an equal number of properlyoriented rollers on each side of the stacking area
1.2 Reinstall revision piece.

2. Recessed track installation –
Install sliding panels onto rollers and adjust panel height
2.1 Install rollers for panel arrangement.
1. Slide all rollers out from stacking area and into straight run of track in ALTERNATING order as
listed below
• Always slide a pair of rollers out for each sliding panel.
2. Rest glass panel on temporary setting blocks.
3. Insert rollers into panel top rail.
• Twist hex nut (6) apart such that washer (7)will rest above prep-block..
• Sliding panels: slide one roller block (3) into the prep block roller block (4) at the end of each
panel.
• Note the roller content and order (“T” and “K”) as specified on the approval drawing.
NOTICE
Sliding panel roller arrangements.
Panel roller arrangements depend on panel direction of travel and stacking arrangement.
Refer approval drawing for roller arrangement.
NOTICE
If roller block (3) does not fit into the rail prep block (4), Reference Fig. 3.2.
1. Loosen the first nut on the rail closest to the end.
2. Tighten the nuts after roller block installation andalignmen is complete.
Reference Chapter 6 for rail nut torque specifications.
NOTE: Final adjustment of center of rollers from edge of glass depends on stacking arrangement.

3.1 Install rollers for panel arrangement.
1. While panel is on sawhorses, install the rollers.
• Twist nut (6) apart such that washer (7) will rest above the prep block (4).
• Slide one roller block (3) into the roller prep block (4) at the end of each panel.
• Note the roller content (“T” and “K”) as specified on the approval drawing.

NOTICE

4.1 Install panel into track.
1. Using the revision piece gap, lift and slide the panels while guiding the rollers into the track
one at a time.
5. Reinstall revision piece
5.1 Reinstall revision piece.
1. Reinstall revision piece into track.Reference Para. 5.3 for installation.
2. Bolt revision piece to substructure.
CAUTION
Sliding each panel.
Use only one hand and slide panel steadily with control.
6. Aligning panels in stacking area

6.1 Slide all panels into stacking area.
CAUTION
Sliding each panel.

6.2 Align each sliding panel with pivoting end panel.
Reference Para. 7.5 for centering pin adjustment.
1. Loosen the two panel roller assembly upper nuts.
2. Slide panel left or right to align panel with the pivoting end panel. (See image above.)
3. Fully tighten each panel roller assembly in place with lower nut
7. Aligning panels side by side in closed position
7.1 Slide panels into place along straight run of track.
NOTE: Ensure all panels are aligned vertically and level across the top. Adjust if necessary.
7.2 Adjust door height and level.
1. Loosen lower hex nut (6)
2. Rotate upper hex (5) nut to raise or lowerdoor.
3. Ensure a minimum 1/2” [12] gap between bottom of door and floor (without covers).
4. TIGHTEN HEX NUTS and socket head set screw (8) using #10 hex key
