Description

Use this procedure to activate all users if they have been de-activated, such as after a lockout. This will re-activate all regular and Service User Access Codes that are inactive.

Resolution

Required User Level: Master, Manager

1. Put the lock into Pushbutton Programming Mode.
2. Enter the command to activate all User Access Codes: 398#
3. Example of complete entry: 398#
4. Press # to indicate the end of programming.
5. All regular and Service User Access Codes are now activated.
