Description

Deactivate a Service User Access Code temporarily during events such as a Service User’s absence, or if you created an Access Code but have not yet assigned it to a Service User. Time periods for Service Users continue to decrement if the code is deactivated, not deleted.

Resolution

Required User Level: Master, Manager

1. Put the lock into Pushbutton Programming Mode.
2. Enter the command to deactivate a Service User Access Code: 
   402#
3. Specify the Service User ID location: 
   402#NNN#, where NNN is the specific Service User ID location (e.g., 025).
4. Example of a complete entry: 
   402#025#
5. Press # to indicate the end of programming.
6. The Service User Access Code is now deactivated.
