Description

A Service User Access Code is automatically deleted at the end of its programmed time period. Use this procedure if you need to delete the code before the expiry time, for example, to reassign it to another Service User.

Resolution

Required User Level: Master, Manager

1. Put the lock into Pushbutton Programming Mode.
2. Enter the command to delete a Service User Access Code: 202#
3. Enter the ID location: NNN#, where NNN is the specific Service User ID (e.g., 025#).
4. Example of complete entry: 202#025#
5. Press # to indicate the end of programming.
6. The Service User Access Code is now deleted. You can reassign this ID to another Service User if needed.
