Why can't I log into Community?
Answer:
Please refer to the steps below for this error.
Steps:
- Check your Community Services in the local Windows Services on the Community server.
- One or more of these services may not be running.
- Community Web API
- Community Database Engine
- Community Server services
- If these services are not running, right-click on the one's that are not running, and select "Start" to start them.
- One or more of these services may not be running.
If you are getting an error about Password Blocked or Invalid, please contact Dormakaba MultiHousing Technical Support at 800-849-8324, Options 1, then 3, then 1.
