Why wont the Community App Launch?

Please refer to the steps below if this error occurs.
Steps:
- Ensure you have the correct username and password to log in to the computer after reboot.
- Reboot the computer.
- Go to "Start" on the Windows taskbar, then click the "power" button.
- Select "Restart" from the list of options.
- Log in with the correct username and password.
- Verify that the Community Client and Server Services are running.
- Type 'services' in the search bar, then select the services app.
- In the service manager window that pops up, scroll down to find the Community services.
- Check whether the "Community Server" service and the "Community Client" are running.
- If the two services are not running, right-click on each service and select "Start".
- If the issue persists, please get in touch with Dormakaba MultiHousing Technical Support at 800-849-8324, Options 1, then 3, then 1.
