Description

A Service User Access Code should be activated if it has been de-activated for a certain period, such as during a Service User’s vacation, or if the Access Code was created but never assigned to a Service User.

Resolution

Required User Level: Master, Manager

1. Put the lock into Pushbutton Programming Mode.
2. Enter the command for Service User Functional Code: 
   302#
3. Enter the ID location of the Service User: 
   NNN# (e.g., 025#)
4. Example of complete entry: 
   302#025#
5. Press # to indicate the end of programming.
6. The Service User Access Code is now activated.
