Description

All codes may be deleted at once, for example if you suspect theft of codes. 
Warning: re-creating codes for all personnel will be time-consuming using the lock pushbuttons, so ensure this is necessary before proceeding.

Resolution

Required User Level: Master, Manager

1. Put the lock into Pushbutton Programming Mode.
2. Enter the command to delete all Access and Service User Codes: 
   299#
3. Press # to indicate the end of programming.
4. All User Access Codes have now been deleted. You may re-assign Access Codes from 0000 to 9999 for regular users, while Master and Manager codes remain intact.
