Description

Each time you add a Manager Access Code to a door, you must program it into the lock. If you are changing the Access Code for an existing Manager, follow the same procedure.

Resolution

Required User Level: Master

1. Put the lock into Pushbutton Programming Mode.
2. Enter the command to add or modify a Manager Access Code: 101#
3. Enter the User ID location (a three-digit number from your list) followed by #: e.g., 024#
4. Enter the Manager Access Code (4–8 digits, depending on your setup) followed by #: e.g., 1224#
5. Re-enter the Access Code to confirm: e.g., 1224#
6. Example of a complete entry: 101#024#1224#1224#
7. Press # to indicate the end of programming.
8. The Manager Access Code will now work on the door with all privileges assigned to a Manager User.
9. Manager Users can either:
   • Open the door by entering the Access Code without the # signs
   • Put the lock into Pushbutton Programming Mode by entering # before and after their Access Code
