1. Verify that Community Server is the only community application installed.
2. Open Local Services and Verify that all of the Community Services are running.
3. Verify that the Rabbit MQ Service is running in local services.
4. Confirm that the SQL Services are Running in Local Services
5. Clear the browser cache/history and try to open the Community Software again.
