My phone will not open my apartment door. Mobile Key is not working.

• Use the Mobile Key with a double-tap motion:
  1. Hold the phone near the lock to wake the BLE reader.
  2. Pull the phone away.
  3. Open the BlueSky app (if it is not already open).
  4. Hold the phone near the lock again while pressing the key icon in the app.
• Hold the phone very close to the lock. For best results, the phone should nearly touch the lock.
• Verify that the resident information in the BlueSky app exactly matches the information in Community > Resident Management. Values are case-sensitive.

Contact your apartment community’s leasing staff to verify that the resident information in the Community software is correct.
