Answer The correct way to use the mobile key is to “double-tap” it. Present the phone to the lock to wake up that sector. Withdraw the phone, then open the BlueSky app (if it is not already open), and present it again to the lock while pressing the key icon. Note that the phone should be close enough to basically touch the lock. The information in the user’s BlueSky app must match what is in the Community software’s Resident Management. Case sensitivity is a factor. |
