2. Install fittings gaskets
| 1 | If have 1/2” [13] or 3/4” [19] glass: • Fittings will come with 2mm [3/32”] glass gaskets pre-secured. |
| 2 | If have 3/8” [9] or 5/8” [15] glass: • Fittings will come with 2mm [3/32”] glass gaskets pre-secured.. • PLUS additional (2) 3mm [1/8”] glass gaskets. • Remove 2mm gaskets and replace with 3mm gaskets. |
| 3 | Fin glass: • Fittings will come with 1mm [1/32”] glass gaskets. |
3. Install fittings on transom and sidelite
| 1 | Secure transom to ceiling/frame surface using product appropriate to transom weight and height. |
| 2 | Insert glass grommets. |
| 3 | Place fittings onto sidelite and transom ONLY |
| 4 | Secure wall plates with three included M6x27 fasteners. |
| 5 | Tighten and torque fitting. |
4. Install inserts
| PT41 Stop Insert |
| 1.Align stop insert. • White bumper facing operator. |
| 2. Secure with included M6x16 fasteners. |
| PT41 Blank Insert |
| 1.Align blank insert. • Fastener side facing operator. |
| 2. Secure with included M6x16 fasteners. |
| PT41 Pivot Insert |
| 1.Place pivot pin into insert |
| 2. Secure with set screw. |
| 3. Place pivot insert into top of PT20. |
5. Install door (for pivot insert only)
| 1 | Place bottom patch fitting onto floor pivot spindle. |
| 2 | Tip glass panel up and align PT41 pivot insert with PT41 patch fitting. |
| 3 | Secure insert with included M6x16 socket head screws. |
6. Install patch fitting covers
| 1 | Remove adhesive backing. |
| 2 | Align hole in cover with set screw on ends of fittings. |
| 3 | Snap covers onto patch fittings and press against adhesive. |
| 4 | Back out set screw to hold cover in place. |
| 5 | To remove: • Twist set screw in and remove cover. |
7. Install fin gaskets
| 1 | If have fin glass: • Fittings with come with 1mm [1/32”] glass gaskets pre-secured. |
8. Install fittings onto fin
| 1 | Hold fin glass in place |
| 2 | Insert fin glass grommet. |
| 3 | Secure fin plate with two included M6x27 fasteners. |
| 4 | Tighten and torque fitting. |
9. Install fin covers
| 1 | Remove adhesive backing. |
| 2 | Snap covers onto fin fittings and press against adhesive. |
