2. Install inserts and fitting gaskets

1 Snap stop or blank assemblies into patch plates.
2Adhere patches gaskets overtop of stop/blank assemblies
3 If have 1/2” [13] or 3/4” [19] glass:
• Fittings will come with 2mm [3/32”] glass gaskets.
4If have 3/8” [9] or 5/8” [15] glass:
• Fittings will come with 2mm [3/32”] glass gaskets.
• PLUS additional (2) 3mm [1/8”] glass gaskets.
• Remove 2mm gaskets and replace with 3mm gaskets.
5If have fin glass (PT61 only):
• Fittings will come with 1mm [1/32”] glass gaskets.

3. Install fittings on transom and sidelite

1 Secure transom to ceiling/frame surface using product appropriate to transom weight and 
height
2Insert glass grommets.
3 Place fittings onto sidelite and transom ONLY.
4Secure plates with three included M6x27 fasteners.
5Tighten and torque fitting.

4. Install patch fitting covers

1 Remove adhesive backing
2Align hole in cover with set screw on ends of fittings.
3 Snap covers onto patch fittings and press against adhesive.
4Back out set screw to hold cover in place.
5To remove: 
• Twist set screw in and remove cover

5. Install fin gaskets (PT61)

1 If have fin glass:
• Fittings with come with 1mm [1/32”] glass gaskets

6. Install fittings onto fin

1 Hold fin glass in place.
2Insert fin glass grommet.
3 Secure fin plate with two included M6x27 fasteners.
4Tighten and torque fitting.

7. Install fin covers

1 Remove adhesive backing.
2Snap covers onto fin fittings and press against 
adhesive.
