How do I upgrade my Aurora version?
Answer
Use the following steps to upgrade your version of Aurora.
For Aurora Web & E-Plex Services, these will need to be uninstalled, and the newer version installed.
Please contact Support with any questions on the update process.
- Visit the Software Downloads page of the dormakaba website
- https://www.dormakaba.com/us-en/software-downloads-and-updates
- Download the Aurora update file
- Do a database backup
- Close the Client
- Stop the Keyscan services (services.msc)
- Extract the download
- Run the updater (Aurora Update Process.exe) as an administrator
- Reboot your server
