Ambiance Online Help and User Guide
If you have any "how-to" questions or don’t remember how to make a keycard, Ambiance includes a built-in user manual accessible through the Ambiance webpage for your property. Follow the steps below to access it:
Step 1: Open the Ambiance Webpage used for making keycards.
The icon is usually located on the desktop.
Step 2: Log in using your username and password, then click "LOGIN."
Step 3: Once logged in, look at the top right corner of the screen for the "?" icon.
Step 4: Click the "?" icon to automatically open the User Guide.
You can use this guide to search for any "how-to" instructions, including steps for making a keycard.
