Description

This procedure temporarily deactivates all regular Access User and Service User credentials without permanently deleting them.

It is commonly used during events such as lockouts, strikes, or security incidents. After execution, affected users will not be able to access the lock until their credentials are reactivated using the appropriate activation procedure.

Master and Manager credentials are not affected and will remain active.

Resolution

Required User Level: Master, Manager

1. Put the lock into LearnLok™ Pushbutton Programming Mode by entering: 
   # Master PIN (or Manager credential) #
2. Enter command 498# to deactivate all regular Access User and Service User credentials.
3. Enter a final # to exit programming mode.
4. Example of complete entry: 
   498# #
5. All regular Access User and Service User credentials are now deactivated. Master and Manager credentials remain active.
