Description

A Service User requires temporary access to the lock for tasks such as painting or repairs. Access is always PIN-only and can be set for one-time use (“one shot”), 1–96 hours, or unlimited for “super” Service Users until deleted from the lock.

Resolution

Required User Level: Master, Manager

1. Put the lock into “LearnLokTM” Pushbutton Programming Mode: # Master PIN (or Manager credential) #
2. Enter command 102# to add or modify a Service User PIN.
3. Enter the Service User ID location NNN followed by #: NNN# Example: 125# (range 001–300).
4. Enter the Service User’s PIN twice for confirmation, then specify expiry: one shot (00), 1–96 hours (01–96), or no expiry (99). Examples for Service User ID=125: 
   One shot: 102# 125# 7777# 7777# 00# # 
   12-hour expiry: 102# 125# 7777# 7777# 12# # 
   No expiry: 102# 125# 7777# 7777# 99# # Note: The Service User’s PIN is valid for the programmed period from the first use.
