Description

The procedure to add a Manager user is identical to adding a regular Access user, except for the use of the 3-digit command code 101 instead of 100. Only the Master user can manage Manager credentials.

Common Programming Steps

1. Put the lock into “LearnLok™” Pushbutton Programming Mode.
2. Enter command 101# to add or modify a Manager Access Credential.
3. Enter the User ID location followed by #: NNN# (example: 015#, range 001–300).

Option A: Card Only Mode

1. After entering 101# 015#, present the Manager’s card to the black card reader. The green LED flashes to confirm enrollment.
2. Enter # to confirm that no PIN is assigned to this user.
3. To add additional cards, repeat the process: enter the next User ID (NNN#), present the card, then enter #. Up to 300 cards may be enrolled.
4. Enter a final # to exit programming mode.

Example (Manager User ID 015):
101# 015# Present card # #

Option B: PIN & Card Mode

1. After entering 101# 015#, present the Manager’s card to the black card reader. The green LED flashes to confirm enrollment.
2. Assign a PIN (4–8 digits, as configured), then re-enter the same PIN to confirm.
3. Enter a final # to exit programming mode.

Example (Manager User ID 015, PIN 9876):
101# 015# Present card 9876# 9876# #

Programming the Lock as a Manager User

A Manager user can program the lock at the keypad in “LearnLok™” Pushbutton Programming Mode, similar to a Master user.

Card Only Manager

# Present Manager’s card (do not enter # afterward), enter the 3-digit command code, then #.
Continue with additional commands as needed.
End with a final # to exit programming mode.

PIN & Card Manager

# Enter Manager’s PIN #, present Manager’s card (do not enter # afterward), enter the 3-digit command code, then #.
Continue with additional commands as needed.
End with a final # to exit programming mode.
