Description

This procedure allows you to deactivate all active regular User Access Codes and Service User Codes at once. It is typically used during situations such as a plant shutdown or temporary facility closure.

Master, Manager, and M-Unit credentials are not affected and will remain active.

Resolution

Required User Level: Master, Manager

1. Put the lock into Pushbutton Programming Mode.
2. Enter command 498# to deactivate all regular Access User and Service User codes.
3. Example of complete entry: 
   498#
4. Enter an additional # to exit programming mode.
5. All regular User Access Codes and Service User Codes are now deactivated. Master, Manager, and M-Unit credentials remain active.
