Description

A Service User Access Code can be temporarily deactivated instead of deleted. This is useful when a service provider (for example, maintenance or cleaning staff) no longer requires access for a defined period of time.

Resolution

Required User Level: Master or Manager

1. Put the lock into Pushbutton Programming Mode.
2. Enter command 402# to deactivate a Service User Access Code.
3. Enter the Service User ID location using a three-digit number (NNN), followed by #. 
   Example Service User ID location: 025
4. Enter a final # to exit programming mode.
5. Example of complete entry (Service User ID 025): 
   402#025# #
6. The Service User Access Code is now deactivated.
