Description

A Manager Access Code can be temporarily deactivated when access is not required for a period of time, such as during a manager’s vacation or temporary reassignment.

Deactivating a Manager Access Code preserves the credential for future use and is recommended instead of deleting the code permanently.

Resolution

Required User Level: Master, Manager

1. Put the lock into Pushbutton Programming Mode.
2. Enter command 401# to deactivate a Manager Access Code.
3. Enter the Manager User ID location using the following format: 
   401#NNN# 
   where NNN is the Manager’s three-digit ID location (for example, 024).
4. Example of complete entry: 
   401#024#
5. Enter a final # to exit programming mode.
6. The specified Manager Access Code is now deactivated.
