Activating All User Access Codes: E-Plex 30xx/50xx Series Locks

This guide explains how to re-activate all access user credentials on E-Plex locks, for cases such as suspected credential theft, lockout recovery, or temporary deactivation.

All user and service credentials can be re-activated together.
Warning: manually re-enrolling hundreds of users individually can be time-consuming.

Resolution

Required User Level: Master, Manager

This procedure will re-activate all regular and service user access codes that were temporarily inactive.

Put the lock into Pushbutton Programming Mode.
Enter the command 398# to activate all user access codes.
Complete the entry with an additional # to indicate the end of programming.
All regular and service user access codes are now re-activated.
