Description

User Access Codes should be deleted from the lock when they are no longer required. This frees the User ID location so it can be assigned to another user.

Access codes that may be needed again in the future should be deactivated rather than deleted.

Resolution

Required User Level: Master, Manager

1. Put the lock into Pushbutton Programming Mode.
2. Enter Command 200# to delete a User Access Code.
3. Enter the User ID location NNN#, where NNN is the specific User ID location from 000 to 299.
4. Example of complete entry: 200 #023#.
5. Enter another # to indicate the end of programming.

By deleting a User ID location, you have now also deleted the associated User Access Code, allowing you to assign this User ID location with a new access code to another user if you wish.
