Description

This procedure deletes all user codes from the lock. Use this only when it is necessary to reset all user access.

Resolution

To delete all user codes:

1. Enter #8-digit master code# at the lock keypad. Wait for the Green Light (example: #87654321#).
2. Enter 299## at the keypad. Wait for the Green Light.
3. Test the lock using an old 4-digit user code. It should not work. Do not use any (#) when entering the master code; enter numbers only. The Red Light should show, and the lock should not open.
