Description

Deleting a User Code permanently removes a user’s access from the lock. This is typically done when a user no longer requires access.

Resolution

Steps to Delete a User Code:

1. Enter #Master Code# (8 digits). For example: #87654321#. Green light will confirm.
2. Enter command 200#. Green light will confirm.
3. Enter the User ID to delete, followed by double #. For example: 001##. Green light will confirm.
4. Test the lock using the old 4-digit User Code. The lock should show a red light and not open. Do not enter any # when testing.
