Description

You must set the Access Code length before performing any other programming functions on the lock. All Access Codes must use the same number of digits. If a user enters a code with a different length, the lock will reject it. 

Longer Access Codes increase the number of possible combinations and improve security. 

The Master Code must always be 8 digits and cannot be changed.

Resolution

1. Enter the command #12345678#. The lock responds with a flashing green LED 
2. Enter the command 000#. The lock responds with a flashing green LED 
3. Enter the new 8-digit master code# (ex: 87654321#). The lock responds with a flashing green LED 
4. Enter the new 8-digit master code## (ex:87654321##). The lock responds with a flashing green LED 
5. Test lock by using your new 8-digit master code. Do not use any (#) when entering new master code, just use numbers only. Lock should open.

Note: If you get ANY red lights, programming is being done incorrectly. 
YOU WILL HAVE 1-3 SECONDS TO ENTER COMMANDS. 
IF YOU PUT IN COMMANDS AFTER 3 SECONDS, LOCK WILL COME OUT OF PROGRAMMING MODE. IF YOU MAKE 3 MISTAKES IN A ROW, LOCK WILL GO INTO “LOCKOUT MODE”. 
You will have to wait until lock comes out of lockout mode before restarting programming.
