What ports does Keyscan Aurora and its modules use?

Rules are typically only required on the database server (consult IT on all security matters)
Aurora Clients
UDP 1434
TCP xxxxx
- Log onto the database server as an Administrator
- From Windows, press the Windows key and the R key (Win + R) simultaneously
- From the run dialogue box enter the following command, not the information in brackets
SQLServerManager11.msc (SQL 2012)
SQLServerManager14.msc (SQL 2017)
SQLServerManager16.msc (SQL 2022) - Select OK
- If prompted with the User Account Control message: “Do you want the following program to make changes to this computer?”, click on Yes
- Under SQL Server Configuration Manager expand SQL Server Network Configuration and select Protocols for AURORA
- Double left-click on the TCP/IP item on the right
- Click on the IP Addresses tab and scroll down to IP All. The port is listed opposite TCP Dynamic Ports

TCP 3001 (default port, which can be changed)
