What's Happening?
Some provinces are no longer following DST changes.
Incorrect Time Zone selections will cause panel time to be off by an hour, or more.
Legacy Systems
System VII, V, III & Vantage will need Time Zone settings deleted.
These old systems are no longer supported, use the help file to make the necessary changes.
Get updated to Aurora as soon as possible.
Aurora
All customers on Aurora will need to update to Aurora 2.x.x.x to get the correct Time Zone selection.
How Do I Upgrade My Aurora Version?
If using Web, AD, SDK/API, or E-Plex, please contact Support before doing the update.
