Description

This procedure describes how to unlock Auditcon Models 52 and T52. It applies to both Dead Bolt and Slide Bolt types and covers unlocking in Single Mode and Dual Custody Mode. Follow these steps carefully to avoid lockout due to incorrect attempts.

Resolution / Steps

Important Notes:

• Pay attention to the lock mode (Single vs. Dual Custody).
• After 5 wrong attempts, a 3-minute lockout is applied. Each additional wrong attempt also adds 3 minutes.

To unlock the lock, complete the following steps:

Step	Action	Lock Response
1	For a Dead Bolt, place the dial in the home position.
2	Single Mode: Enter the factory combination (“502550”) or the Manager User (User 1) / User 2 combination.	Green flashes and horn sounds
	Dual Custody Mode: Enter User 1 or User 2 combination	Green flashes and horn sounds
	Dual Custody Mode: : Enter the second combination.	Green flashes and horn sounds
3	For a Dead Bolt, turn the dial clockwise until the bolt retracts. For a Slide Bolt, rotate the container handle to unlock.	Green and red flashes
