This feature allows the Master User to define Time Windows for lock access. Each window is identified by a day/window code, which determines the specific day and time period being set.

The table below lists the day/window codes and their corresponding days and windows. These codes are used when programming Time Windows directly at the lock.

Important Notes

• Time Windows can be configured using the Auditcon 2 Series PC software and then uploaded to the lock using an SA key. For detailed instructions, refer to “Upload Data to Lock.”

• The internal clock in Auditcon Model 552 locks may experience time drift of up to 15 minutes per year. When configuring Time Windows, allow a small buffer in both the start time and end time to account for this variance.

Warning 

When setting Time Windows directly at the lock for a specific day/window code, both the first- and second-time windows must be programmed.

• If the second time window is not required, set it identical to the first-time window.

• If only one time window is programmed, the second window will override the first and default to 24-hour access, which may unintentionally allow unrestricted entry.
