How to Permanently Disable Super Master User?

Answer

There are two methods, depending on whether the Super Master PIN has been changed.

Method 1: Super Master PIN NOT Changed (Still Default)

• Set the Master User PIN
• Do not change the Super Master PIN

This will automatically and permanently disable the Super Master User

Method 2: Super Master PIN HAS Been Changed

You must shelve the lock first, then follow these steps:

1. Press # + 0
2. Enter: 00 + current Super Master PIN
3. Enter: 00 + 120943 (factory default PIN)
4. Re-enter: 00 + 120943 to confirm

Super Master User is now permanently disabled
