What to do when keypad is not powering up in Auditcon?

Answer

• New installation:
  If the door is open, verify and recheck all cabling connections.
• Battery-assisted unit:
  Replace the battery with a new one.
• Overcharged condition:
  Perform a discharge by connecting both metal terminals on the key reader (as shown in the reference image).
• Safe is closed and unresponsive:
  Replace the keypad.
