Answer Instead of using the autorun that pops up, close it, and browse into the ISO file. Explore to the AuroraSetupFiles folder, right-click on the KeyscanAuroraPrerequisitesSetup.exe file, and select Run as administrator. Once completed, right-click on the KeyscanAuroraDatabaseSetup.exe file and select Run as administrator. If this installer is successful, reboot the server. After the reboot, explore the ISO file and double-left-click AuroraInstallation.exe. Install the following: Keyscan Aurora Agent Installation Install any additional features as required. Click the Update Locations button on the bottom right of the installer (leave as localhost).

Things To Consider Sometimes computer images in high security environments have hidden hurdles to installing software. In some cases, a Domain Administrator is required to assist with the installation due to permissions. When the software fails to install, there is a setting, permission, pending Windows update, or other issue with the server. |
