Time Settings and Battery Change

• If, during a battery change, the lock remains without power for more than 1 minute, the time must be set again.

• If the time is not reset:

  • No real time is saved in the audit.

  • Only a calculated relative time is stored.

• If the lock clock is not set manually or automatically using one of the time functions:

  • No real time will be saved in the audit.

  • A relative time will be shown in the audit read-out.

Audit Memory – General Information

• The audit memory is the event memory of the lock.

• It stores approximately 960 events related to:

  • Configuration

  • Operation

Reading Out the Audit

1. Click Start reading-out.
   

2. The audit is generated.

   

3. Events are listed according to:

   • Date

   • Time

   • User ID

Audit Columns – Explanation

• Relative Time

  • Displayed when the lock time does not match the PC time.

  • Calculated based on the PC time settings.

  • Only valid from the last battery change.

  • Events before the last battery change have no time stamp.

• Date

  • Events are listed in chronological order.

  • Starts with the oldest date and ends with the most recent date.

• Time

  • Shows the time at which each event occurred.

• User ID

  • Indicates which user performed the action.

• Events

  • Describes the action that occurred.
