Lock Activation Behavior

• Once the connection between the lock and the PC software is successfully established, the lock remains permanently activated.

• The automatic electronic switch-off does not occur while the PC software remains connected.

Adapter Cable Requirement

• Use the special socket of the input unit only with the original dormakaba CB 90 adapter cable.

• A connection between the lock and the computer via the CB 90 adapter cable is required to use the PC software.

Connection Procedure

1. Identify the Combi B 90 PC input unit.

2. Plug the Mini USB connector of the CB 90 adapter cable into the Mini USB socket on the side of the input unit.

3. Plug the standard USB connector of the CB 90 adapter cable into a USB interface on the computer.

Time and Audit Data Note

If the lock clock is not set using one of the available time functions (manual or automatic):

• No real time will be stored in the audit.

• A calculated relative time will be displayed in the audit read-out.
