This procedure explains how to download and install the LA GARD Software on a Windows computer using administrator privileges.

Resolution

Follow these steps to install the LA GARD Software:

1. Upon request or purchase, you will receive an email containing a secure download link and password. Use this information to download the LA GARD Software installation package.

2. Locate the downloaded setup.exe file. Right-click the file and select Run as administrator. Installation must be performed using Windows administrator privileges.

   

3. Follow the on-screen installation instructions to complete the software installation.
