When a new firmware is available, these files will be available to registered LA GARD Software users. Using the LA GARD Software client, keypad and lock firmware can be updated. There are four firmware files that can be updated:

The version of firmware currently on your device can be viewed using a Keypad with a display, or by using a PC and the LA GARD software. For keypads with a display, navigate through the menus to find the current application FW levels of both the Keypad and any locks. For a PC with LA GARD software, the current versions of all four files can be determined when doing a ‘Compare’ operation from the PC-Link dialog. You will find this information on the ‘Additional Info’ tab. |
