Battery Levels in LA GARD 700 Series

Answer

Display Keypads:

• A battery level indicator is shown at the bottom-right of the screen.
• The indicator displays 5 levels of battery power.
• The system provides alerts when:
  • The battery reaches a low level.
  • The battery reaches a critical low level.

Non-Display Keypads:

• Battery status is indicated through the buzzer and LED signals.
• If Buzzer Mode is OFF: No audible (sound) alerts will be provided.
• Battery levels for both keypads and locks are also recorded in the LA GARD Software client via audit transactions.

Note: If the keypad is powered using an AC adapter, the battery level indicator will always display high.
