Will the credentials currently used at my site continue to work after migrating to E-Plex 7900?

It’s always important to contact dormakaba technical support to confirm if current credentials will be compatible, or if new credentials will be needed for a site.
For example, Eplex 7900 locks recognize and read different MIFARE credential formats than E-Plex 3600 and E-Plex 5600 series locks. 
• E-Plex 5600 Support: MiFARE, DesFIRE
• E-Plex 7900 Support: MiFare Classic (CSN Only)
