Verify the hand/orientation setting matches the physical installation, confirm the motor leads are landed correctly, then re-run the learn cycle so the control re-establishes open and closed limits in the corrected direction. If the door starts the wrong way immediately on power-up, the orientation parameter is the first thing to check.
