How to delete all user code in E-Plex 1500, 2000, 3000 & 5000 locks?

TO DELETE A USER CODE:

1. #8-digit master code# (Green Light) (ex: #87654321#)
2. 299## (Green Light)
3. Test lock by using your old 4-digit user code. Do not use any (#) when entering new master code, just use numbers only. Red light should show. Lock should not open.
