Answer When the installer has commissioned the lock and created the Admin/Master User, they are to provide the software administrator with the Admin/Master combination. Using Apexx Series Software, the software administrator will use the Admin/Master combo to complete the lock system setup. The software administrator is also responsible for other system tasks, such as setting up schedules, adding users, etc. Refer to the Apexx Series Software help menu for further details, or to the Apexx User Guide.
