The table below shows a lock’s capability to be reset.

| Non-700 Series without 4-pin BAT port | Some can | - Master/Super master password if that exists and the user knows it.

| Non-700 Series with 4-pin BAT port | Yes | - 6066 reset box
- Master/Supermaster the lock has that feature and it is known by the user.

| 39E | Yes | - Master/Supermaster the lock has that feature and it is known by the user.
- 6066 Reset box

| 33E | No | - Supermaster/ Master combo
NB: Using a 6066 reset box will break the 33E functionality.
