When attempting to activate/shelve lock with SA key

| 09 | CenBank | Lock is already active in CenBank mode. |

| 0B | Bad processor reset | An internal error has occurred while trying to reset the processor in the lock. Clear the lightning bolt error display by pressing * and try the operation again (note that these failures are counted toward the five entry attempt limit).
