How to Activate Lock from Factory Mode in Cencon Gen2 System

How do I Shelve the Cencon Gen2 System Lock?

Required Items

  • R Key
  • Required item Cencon Gen2 lock manipulation

    F Key

  • Change Key
  • SA Key
  • Activation Combination

Activation Procedure

  1. Power up the lock by turning the dial counterclockwise (CCW) until "EC" is displayed.
  2. Enter the factory combination 50-25-50. "OPr" is displayed.
  3. Turn the dial clockwise (CW) to open the lock.
  4. Open the door.
  5. Insert the Change Key into the Change Key Socket.
  6. Do not close the door. Turn the dial CCW to close the lock until "EC" is displayed.
  7. Enter the factory combination 50-25-50. "ISA" is displayed.
  8. Insert and hold the SA Key in the key reader until "POC" is displayed.
  9. Pull out the Change Key. "OPr" is displayed.
  10. Turn the dial CW to open the lock.
  11. Do not close the door. Turn the dial CCW to close the lock until "EC" is displayed.
  12. Enter the Activation Combination. "IPI" is displayed.
  13. Insert and hold the F or R Key in the key reader until "OPr" is displayed.
  14. Turn the dial CW to open the lock.
  15. Close the door.
  16. Turn the dial CCW to close the lock until "IPI" is displayed.
  17. Insert and hold the F or R Key in the key reader until "Close Seal" is displayed.
  18. Record the Close Seal.
  19. Report the Close Seal to the Dispatcher.

 

Notes:

  • To activate a lock in FLM Mode from Factory Mode, use an FLM Key.
  • To activate a lock in Route Mode from Factory Mode, use a Route Key.
  • To activate a lock in both FLM and Route Modes from Factory Mode, use either an FLM or a Route Key.
