Follow the below steps to Create a New Key when the previous special supervisor key is damaged:

1. Log into Microsoft SQL Management Studio.
2. Click on Databases.
3. Expand Cencon.
4. Expand Tables.
5. Navigate to dbo.CENCONFIG4.
6. Right-click on Edit Top 200 Rows.
7. Change the values of NoMakeS and NoMakeSS to 1.
8. Close the view by clicking the X at the top.
9. Close Management Studio.
10. Launch Cencon.
11. Select Create First Log on Key.
12. Create a new Special Supervisor Key with a new username and password.

Additional Information

Please create multiple Special Supervisor Keys for future use. Delete the previous Special Supervisor Key and re-add it.
