Create a New Key When the Previous Special Supervisor Key is Damaged.

Use the following procedure to create a new Special Supervisor Key when the previous key is damaged.

1. Log in to Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio.
2. Click "Databases".
3. Expand Cencon.
4. Expand Tables.
5. Locate "dbo.CENCONFIG4".
6. Right-click and select Edit Top 200 Rows.
7. Set the values of "NoMakeS" and "NoMakeSS" to 1.
8. Close the table view by clicking the X at the top.
9. Close SQL Server Management Studio.
10. Launch Cencon.
11. Select "Create First Log On Key".
12. Create a new Special Supervisor Key using a new username and password.

Note: Create multiple Special Supervisor Keys for future use. Delete the previous Special Supervisor Key and re-add it if required.
