To retrieve an audit from a Cencon lock, first initialize a Supervisor Audit (SA) Key. Follow these steps:

1. Initialize the SA Key

1. Insert the SA Key into the PC key reader running Cencon software.
2. Open Cencon Software and go to the Main Menu.
3. Click "Initialize Audit Download Key".
4. If the key is for a Bank Mode lock:
   • Check the box for Bank Mode.
   • Select the Bank Branch Name associated with the lock.
5. Click "Initialize Key" to complete the process.

• The SA key must be initialized before retrieving an audit.
• If not initialized properly, it may cause unpredictable results in the audit.

2. Retrieve Audit from the Lock

1. Power the Lock: Turn the dial counterclockwise (CCW) until the lock displays "G 2 → EC".
2. Initiate Audit Download:
   • Press #0 on the lock keypad.
   • For Gen2 locks, the lock shows "-dL" (dial left).
   • Turn the dial CCW to power the lock until "ISA" appears.
3. Insert the SA Key:
   • When "ISA" appears, insert the initialized SA Key into the lock's reader.
   • The lock displays "Aud" (Audit in Progress) with a flashing bar over "u".
4. Complete the Download: Keep the SA Key in place until "EOP" (End of Operation) appears.
5. Remove SA Key & Return for Reporting:
   • Remove the SA Key from the lock.
   • Return the key to the dispatch center to extract audit data using Cencon software.

3. Review the Audit in Cencon

1. Insert the SA Key containing the audit into the key reader.
2. Open Cencon Software and select "Key Report".
3. View or print the audit data for analysis.
