Why are individual lock records blacked out after upgrading to the latest Cencon version?

This issue is typically caused by database corruption during the software upgrade process. As a result, certain lock records may appear blacked out or inaccessible after the upgrade.

To resolve the issue, follow the steps below:

• Verify that a database backup is available from before the upgrade.

• Restore the backup database and check whether the affected lock records were already damaged prior to the upgrade.
