Answer The "Lock Access" section of the Lock User details screen contains a list of the Locks that a particular Lock User has access to. These details include the Lock System and Lock Group the locks belong to, the Role the Lock User has, and the specific locks they are assigned to. Note: Lock access is setup/defined in Lock Access Groups The Change Order icon (blue triangle) located above the list of locks can be used to rank the list by Region name, or Lock System name. Simply click one of the column headings on the Lock Access list, then click the Change Order icon to sort the data by that criteria. When the blue triangle is pointing up , the data will appear in ascending order. When the blue triangle is pointing down , the data will appear in descending order. There are additional tool icons and buttons located at the bottom of the Lock Access list that allow you to modify how the data in the list is presented: Rows Per Page - click the drop-down menu |
