How to use the Lock User status of User management screen of Axessor Apexx Software?

Answer

A Lock User's status is a setting used to control a User’s access to a lock system. A Lock User's Status can be set to Active or Inactive. 

When a User's Status is "Active", they can enter their User ID and PIN at the keypad to gain access to the lock system. 

When a User's Status is "Inactive", they will be unable to gain access to the lock system and will result in an Invalid Entry when they enter their User ID and PIN at the keypad.

To change a Lock User's Status, do the following:

1. From the main menu, click User Management> Lock Users
2. From the Lock User screen, locate the name of the Lock User you want to edit, and click the Edit button (pencil).
3. Click the colored User Status icon to change the status from Active to Inactive, or vice versa.
4. Confirm you want to make the change by clicking "Yes" in the popup window.
5. Click the Save button.
